Areas of practice include representing individuals, closely-held businesses and large corporations in resolving federal and state tax controversies, white-collar crime, IRS audits, appeals and litigation. I also represent individuals and entities in business disputes and lawsuits involving fraud, breach of contract breach of fiduciary duty, deceptive trade practices act violations, non-compete violations, business torts, and other commercial disputes.
I am licensed to practice in the United States Tax Courts, Federal District Courts and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
