Emily works with clients in the areas of white-collar criminal defense, government and corporate internal investigations.  Her experience includes defending and counseling corporate clients and individuals in multiple industries facing government investigations conducted by various divisions of the Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, the Federal Trade Commission, Treasury, and investigative committees of the U.S. Congress.
