Prior to joining CROKE FAIRCHILD MORGAN & BERES, Alexa was a senior associate at Sidley Austin LLP where she adeptly handled complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters. Alexa has a depth of experience in internal corporate investigations and commercial, securities fraud, white collar criminal, and class action litigation. Alexa also worked with Sidley’s Office of the General Counsel and assisted Trial Counsel to the Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board. In addition, Alexa maintained a robust pro bono practice and lead the launch of Sidley’s firmwide pro bono Asylum and Immigrants’ Rights Project. In addition to her significant project and people management experience, Alexa has excellent problem-solving abilities.
