I serve as an associate in the Latham & Watkins LLP Los Angeles office with a focus on white-collar crime, internal investigations, and commercial litigation. I have represented private and public companies and individuals in state and federal courts, including clients in the healthcare, banking and entertainment industries, as well as banks and other corporate entities during criminal investigations and complex civil litigation. My white collar defense practice includes the representation of banks and corporations at all phases of government investigations, including responding to grand jury subpoenas and civil investigative demands.
I served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and to Magistrate Judge Susan Cox of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
I also participated in Northwestern Law School's Center on Wrongful Convictions of Youth clinic.
I am currently a member of the Inner City Law Center pro bono council.
