I represent public and private companies and financial services providers in internal and government investigations, SEC enforcement proceedings, securities class actions, and complex commercial litigation. I am a former SEC Senior Trial Counsel and joined MoFo after nine years at the SEC’s New York office, which bears responsibility for regulating the largest concentration of SEC-registered financial institutions in the nation. I have extensive experience litigating in federal and administrative courts, leading complex negotiations, and representing her clients in mediation. I also counsel clients regarding, and am a speaker on, compliance-related issues such as disclosures, insider trading, digital offerings, and other topics of interest to the SEC.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three kids, and our dog Nala. I'm an avid runner and love to read fiction.
