I represent clients from a diverse range of industries, from pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers to national retailers and financial services entities. I focus my practice on the representation of individuals and organizations in white collar litigation and government investigations, as well as complex commercial litigation and arbitration. My white collar work focuses on defense of clients in qui tam lawsuits arising under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and a variety of other provisions of state and federal law. I maintain an active pro bono practice, as part of which I have represented multiple children involved in the DHS system as well as a prisoner asserting violations of his civil rights in federal court.
