As a self-employed criminal defence lawyer with her own law practice since 2011 Kim is specialized in national and international white-collar crime matters such as fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, corruption and bribery including international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.
Kim's law firm has offices in Zurich (since 2011) and Bern (since 2019).
She represents individuals and corporations facing government enforcement actions and in internal investigations at cantonal, national and international level.
Due to her broad experience and in-depth specialization in white-collar crime since university and her work experience at the Office of Federal Examining Magistrates, at court and at the State Attorney Office, Corporate Crime Section, Kim has an excellent network and offers her clients multidisciplinary team-work. According to the client’s specific needs and interests Kim works together with high-level professionals such as specialists leading internal investigations, (former) state attorneys, auditors, digital forensics specialists and others.
