Lisa Snow is a Founder and the CEO of Snowbridge Global Advisory, LLC.
Lisa is a leading forensic accountant and business valuation expert. She provides strategic advice to corporate clients and their legal counsel in litigation, arbitration, as well as on corporate, board and regulatory investigation matters.
Lisa provides expert advice, expert witness testimony, financial valuation, financial damages and accounting analysis in complex commercial disputes and investigations. She has testified in deposition, arbitration as well as trials on numerous occasions and presented strategic, compliance, financial and accounting findings to CEOs, CFOs, General Counsel, lead investigation attorneys, insurers, regulators and corporate boards.
Select significant matters Lisa has conducted include representation of the CME in the MF Global bankruptcy and related regulatory investigations; representation of an accounting defendant in the Parmalat bankruptcy and fraud matter; representation of MCI in key litigation matters conducted during MCI’s bankruptcy; investigation into Ocwen mortgage loan servicing practices on behalf of trustees; and, expert witness representation of all workers’ compensation insurers resulting in a settlement for hundreds of millions of dollars.
Lisa has performed valuations, income and cash flow analyses as well as financial projections on a wide variety of business and investment assets. For example, Lisa performed a valuation of a large private equity firm involving the assessment of general and limited partner values across six funds spanning seventy portfolio companies. Lisa performed a similar analysis of a Chinese venture capital fund. Lisa has performed hundreds of valuations of corporate, real estate, financial services businesses.
Lisa recently served as Assistant Treasurer for the Chicago Bar Foundation Board of Directors and was the only non-attorney member of the board. She is the Founder and Executive Committee and Board Member of Big Careers Little Kids. Lisa is a Chicago Co-Founder for the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF). She is a member of Chief and The Economic Club of Chicago.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, with concentrations in finance and business strategy.
