I am Senior Counsel in the White Collar and Criminal Defense practice group at Greenspoon Marder, and have defended hundreds of cases in state and federal courts, from pre-indictment to trial. I have served as a Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and the District of Colorado. I am recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Florida by The National Trial Lawyers Association and rated Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent. Most recently, I was honored by Expertise as one of the “Best Criminal Defense Lawyers in Miami."
I am also the author of the 10th and 11th Editions of the Florida Criminal Cases Notebook Supplement, a publication used by criminal justice practitioners as a reference on emerging case law. I have appeared as a legal consultant on local and international media outlets discussing issues pertinent to the criminal justice system.
