After graduating from Harvard Law School in 1977, I was a federal prosecutor for almost 10 years, at the Department of Justice, in the District of Maryland, and in the Southern District of Florida where I was appointed Senior Litigation Counsel. I have been in private practice since 1987 and now am a partner with my husband of over 50 years in Moscowitz & Moscowitz, P.A., with a broad focus on white collar crime and complex commercial litigation. I have tried over 75 jury trials. I am a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. I have been listed in Best Lawyers for over 20 years and was recognized as Miami-Dade's Best Lawyer (White Collar Crime) in 2016 and 2018. I am also currently recognized in SuperLawyers as one of the 50 best women lawyers in Florida and one of the 100 best attorneys in Miami.
