Jenai focuses her practice on complex business litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Jenai has jury and bench trial experience and has practiced before both state and federal courts.
As a business litigator, Jenai advises and represents individuals and businesses in high-value contract disputes and complex commercial litigation cases involving business torts, disputes relating to trade secrets and covenants not to compete, healthcare disputes, ERISA claims, and temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. Jenai also handles eminent domain matters where she has experience representing both commercial property owners and condemning agencies, including cities and counties.
As part of her white-collar practice, Jenai represents businesses and individuals at all stages of a criminal investigation and prosecution, from the issuance of a government subpoena and investigation to trial. She represents her clients under investigation by both state and federal government agencies, and as it relates to conducting civil and criminal internal investigations, in the areas of healthcare fraud and abuse, securities fraud, public corruption, anti-trust, and other white-collar crimes.
