Dr. Claudia Götz Staehelin, Attorney at Law, is a Dispute Resolution and Investigation Partner at Kellerhals Carrard, leading the firm’s Investigations practice. Claudia is the former Head Litigation of Novartis and combines more than 15 years of Dispute Resolution expertise with significant business experience. Claudia’s practice is focused on litigating and arbitrating complex commercial disputes for clients, conducting investigations and supporting clients in establishing effective compliance programs. Claudia has particular experience in navigating complex crossborder investigations involving Switzerland and other countries. Claudia holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law and is a Certified Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
