Becca’s experience includes working with both companies and individuals confronted by investigations and enforcement actions from the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice and state regulatory agencies. Becca has experience providing pragmatic and tailored advice to companies seeking to build, improve, and defend compliance programs around the world. She has also defended clients in class-action litigation and regularly handles class claims involving RICO and securities allegations.
