Erin represents clients in complex civil and criminal government investigations, internal investigations—including investigations involving alleged harassment and workplace misconduct, and civil litigation.
Erin has worked with clients in the pharmeceutical and medical device industries as well as with clients in the media, nonprofit, and healthcare industries to conduct independent internal investigations into various issues and to advise on appropriate remediation.
