With more than 25 years of experience in white collar criminal defense, Candice Fields offers legal services to individuals and entities under criminal investigation or formally charged with white-collar crimes in federal and state court.
Dedicated to building relationships within the legal profession, Candice plays an active role in local, regional and national bench/bar activities. She has served as a court-appointed lawyer representative to the 9th Circuit Judicial Conference, as a member of the Eastern District of California Judicial Advisory Committee and as co-chair of the Eastern District Conference Planning Committee. She served as President of the Federal Bar Association - Sacramento Chapter, and as criminal law liaison to the current Board. Candice is also designated as an Attorney Master of the Bench of the Anthony M. Kennedy American Inn of Court.
Candice Fields is recognized by her peers for the caliber of her representation. She is named one of Northern California's Super Lawyers, Best of the Bar by the Sacramento Business Journal, and among Top Lawyers for white-collar criminal defense by Sacramento Magazine.
Candice earned her law degree in 1994 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she competed on the Roger J. Traynor California Appellate Moot Court Competition. She received her bachelor's degree in rhetoric and communication from UC Davis in 1986.
