Jasmine M. Tobias is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight’s Dallas office who focuses on complex commercial, labor and employment, and hospitality litigation matters. She is experienced in defending breach of contract, wrongful termination, and antitrust claims, as well as enforcing non-disclosure, non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements. Jasmine is experienced in handling all aspects of civil litigation, particularly e-discovery. She represents national and international companies in federal and state courts.
Jasmine assists clients on matters arising under employment statutes, such as Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), including advice and counseling, and litigation. She has experience advising clients on a range of employment issues including employment agreements, handbooks, compensation, internal investigations and non-compete agreements. Jasmine has also handled complex litigation, including contractual disputes and medical malpractice claims.
In the community, Jasmine is active in a number of professional, civic and alumni organizations, including Black Alumni of SMU Board, where she currently serves as Chair; Dallas Association of Young Lawyers; Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Chi Zeta Omega Chapter; and Junior League of Dallas.
Jasmine enjoys running, yoga, baking, and spending time with her twins.
