I have been representing individuals in criminal cases, including white collar matters, for approximately 24 years. I served on the CJA panel in the Central District of California for 16 years where I was appointed on cases involving a variety of fraud issues including a $1 Billion investment fraud case and several multi-million dollar fraud cases including Medicare Fraud, Investment Fraud, Bank Fraud, tax fraud and of course, conspiracy. In my private practice, I represents individuals who have been charged with or are under investigation for violating anti-kickback statutes, embezzlement, all types of fraud cases, as well as any and all federal criminal offenses. I have served as lead counsel in several federal trials and have handled a plethora of sentencing hearings. I have obtained outstanding results for my clients at sentencing. I also practice in State Court.

I am currently the Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
The first half of my life was devoted to pursuing a career in ballet and then theater and music. I love photography and making jewelry.
I live in San Juan Capistrano. I am married to a Scotsman. We have 2 dogs with whom we are madly in love and we have 2 cats who tolerate us.
