Catherine Rowsey focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitrations, government investigations and enforcement actions, and corporate governance and internal investigations. Her experience includes representing clients in disputes related to fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and corporate governance and compliance. Catherine has represented clients in government investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, and in proceedings initiated by the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
