I focus my practice on embedded compliance, criminal corporate law, data protection, as well as litigation, civil and commercial matters.
Over the years, I have acquired material focus on anti-bribery and corruption, assisting leading Italian and multinational companies on white collar crimes and Italian Law 231 of 2001 related matters, as well as internal investigations, including cross-border ones, and liability proceedings against corporate directors.
I advise clients in pre-litigation matters and in the assessment of legal risk and development and implementation of corporate compliance models, also pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

I am among the finalists as a “rising star” for litigation in the 2020 Forty under 40 years old lawyers of Italian Legal Community Award, and I was the only Italian rising star lawyer shortlisted as Corporate Lawyer of the Year at the 2019 and 2020 International Women in Compliance Awards in London.
