Fernanda has worked in highly complex independent internal investigations, including with reporting to Brazilian and United States authorities. She was recognized by the Global Investigations Review as one of the 100 Women in Investigations globally and by Best Lawyers, Leaders League and Chambers and Partners. Fernanda regularly speaks on corporate, compliance and anti-corruption topics at relevant events in the area. She graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) Law School in 2004 and obtained a master’s degree (LL.M) from the University at Buffalo (USA) in 2012. She has been admitted to the Brazilian (2005) and the New York (2013) Bars.
