Tamara Marinkovic Hines focuses on complex business litigation and internal investigations that go global, involve the SEC or DOJ, or involve parallel litigation. Her litigation experience ranges from federal securities fraud class actions and corporate governance litigation to state and local tax litigation and product liability matters. Her internal investigations work has included allegations of fraud, theft, kickbacks, and employee misconduct. She also has deep experience helping clients navigate the challenges of parallel litigation and government investigation proceedings while an internal investigation is ongoing.

Tamara has litigated matters in numerous state and federal courts across the United States as individual claims, class claims, and as part of multi-district litigation. Her diverse litigation clients have included internet businesses, retailers, and manufacturers such as Airlines Reporting Corporation, Bridgestone/Firestone, Electronic Data Systems, Expedia, Frito-Lay, HomeAway, Hotels.com, Hotwire, IBM, and Michaels Stores.

Tamara is a Dallas Bar Foundation Fellow and past chair of the Dallas Bar Association's Corporate Counsel Section. Currently, she is a member of Southern Methodist University's 21st Century Council and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra's Board of Governors. Among her community activities, Tamara previously served as an officer for the Big Thought board and the AVANCE-Dallas board. She is also a graduate of the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Dallas Program. In the international arena, Tamara was twice selected to The Council for the United States and Italy's Young Leaders Conference, and she is a Fellow of the British American Project.
