Abigail is counsel with the Special Matters and Investigations practice in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C. office. She focuses on complex government and corporate internal investigations in healthcare fraud, pharmaceutical and medical device regulation, anti-corruption and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, eDiscovery, banking fraud, and civil and criminal fraud. She also has experience representing companies in congressional investigations and preparing witnesses for testimony before the House and Senate. Abigail regularly advises clients on international compliance matters, with expertise and focus on the design and implementation of anti-corruption compliance programs tailored specifically to an organization’s risk, industry, geographic, and operational profile.
