Beth A. Wilkinson is a founding partner at Wilkinson Walsh LLP, with over 30 years of experience and an unrivaled record of victories in both federal and state courts throughout the country, Beth is a trial lawyer who routinely serves as lead counsel in bet-the-company, high-stakes trials. Her clients include Altria, Bayer, Duke Energy, Facebook, Federal Express, Georgia Pacific, Medtronic, MLB, NCAA, NFL, and Pfizer.
Beth is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She was awarded the 2018 Trial Lawyer of the Year by Benchmark Litigation. She was also named a Litigator of the Year by The American Lawyer, a Law360 Trial Ace, a National Law Journal Winning Litigator, and was the 2015 & 2018 recipient of Chambers’ prestigious Business Trial Lawyer of the Year award.
Beth received her B.A. magna cum laude from Princeton University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
After law school, she served in the U.S. Army as a Captain before joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York. During the time in the government, she served as one of the senior prosecutors for the Oklahoma City Bombing Cases, including U.S. v. Timothy McVeigh.
Ms. Wilkinson lives in Washington, DC with her husband and three children.
