Arden B. Levy is the founder of Arden Levy Law PLLC, an insurance coverage boutique law firm located in the Washington, DC area. Her practice focuses on securing insurance coverage for corporate and individual policyholders.
Ms. Levy focuses on securing insurance for companies that are subject to government investigations, particularly for those defending against False Claims Act matters. Additionally, she also resolves a wide variety of other insurance coverage disputes that involve policies such as: Director & Officer, Errors & Omissions, Commercial general liability, Property, Event cancellation, Builder's risk, Homeowners and Renters, Life and Disability policies. Previously, Ms. Levy served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps as an active duty and reserve officer for 12 years. She also practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm for over 10 years.
Ms. Levy is currently a Vice-Chair for the American Bar Association Section of Litigation's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Annual CLE Seminar. She also is a founding member of the DC League of Women Lawyers, and a member of the DC Women's Bar Association. Ms. Levy serves on the Board of Directors for Agudas Achim Synagogue, Alexandria, VA, and is a founder and Executive Committee member for Women Lawyers for Biden.
