Brittany L. Lane is an experienced litigator who counsels and represents clients through all stages of criminal and civil matters. Prior to joining Cohen Williams LLP, Brittany worked as an associate in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where she represented both entities and individuals in criminal trials and appeals, civil disputes and arbitrations, internal investigations, and regulatory examinations.
Brittany earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the Production Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. During her time at Columbia, Brittany prosecuted domestic violence misdemeanors as an extern with the Queens District Attorney’s Office.
