Anne Steinberg is a counsel in the Newport Beach office of O'Melveny. Her practice focuses on counseling clients in the health care industry with respect to internal investigations, inquiries and investigations by federal and state enforcement authorities, and related litigation involving alleged violations of the civil False Claims Act, Medicare reimbursement laws, and laws regulating managed care organizations, including matters related to Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment. Anne also maintains an active pro bono practice involving veteran’s rights and advocacy and equal protection in criminal prosecutions.
