Ally Rich is Of Counsel with Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP. She focuses her practice on internal investigations, corporate compliance and governance issues, as well as government regulatory investigations. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
Before relocating to Cleveland, she represented the City of New York in contract disputes involving the City’s capital construction projects and was responsible for litigation risk assessment and risk management issues. She also has extensive experience with management-side labor disputes governed by collective bargaining agreements.
Ally practiced at two major international law firms, where she represented sophisticated corporate clients in disputes with the Department of Justice, the Securities & Exchange Commission, FINRA, and various state Attorneys General offices. She was also a law clerk to the Honorable William H. Walls of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
