Ms. Martins is a partner in Davis Polk’s Litigation Department and its White Collar Defense and Investigations Group. Her practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in white-collar criminal defense and regulatory enforcement matters, and in conducting internal investigations, including in areas involving violations of the anti-bribery laws, money laundering, and financial frauds. She also routinely advises companies on compliance matters.
