Alice has a practice dedicated to criminal tax law (and customs criminal law). She assists French and international clients (individuals and corporates) in resolving their issues related to tax fraud and laundering of tax fraud allegations.
Prior to set-up her own boutique, Alice has worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP during 10 years. For four years she advised the firm's French and international clients on complex corporate, financial, wealth management and real estate tax related issues. Then, she joined the firm's white collar and litigation team where she was notably in charge of tax fraud and corruption cases. This background provides Alice with an in-depth knowledge of the practical issues involved in criminal and tax areas.
