Her main practice areas is white collar crime (tax fraud, swindling, corruption). She also handles cases in general criminal law, criminal labour law and civil and commercial litigation.
She advises companies in the engineering, energy, insurance and defence sectors, as well as individuals.
As a duty lawyer, Marie-Alix regularly defends individuals before criminal courts, during preliminary examinations or in the context of plea bargaining agreements proceedings.
