Professional Profile:
Pauline has been a partner with Jones Walker for over 30 years. She specializes in commercial litigation, white collar crime, compliance issues and parallel proceedings involving complex regulatory schemes. She was formerly chief of the Criminal Division and First Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Louisiana and an Assistant District Attorney in Orleans Parish. She has tried over 150 jury trials in state and federal courts. She represents corporate and individual clients in criminal and civil matters in federal and state court. She has been a member of the adjunct faculty of Tulane law School teaching trial advocacy for a number of years. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Member of Jones Walker’s Litigation Section and practices in the areas of White Collar Crime, Business and Commercial Litigation, Corporate Compliance and Environmental and Toxic Torts and Health Care. Defends companies and individuals against state and federal criminal investigations and related civil and administrative parallel proceedings. Experienced as a former prosecutor and defense attorney in state and federal criminal cases involving mail fraud, wire fraud, false statements, healthcare fraud, bribery, public corruption, environmental violations, financial crimes, tax crimes, rape, murder, and many other violations. Involved in commercial litigation regarding whistle blower actions, qui tam actions, bond claims, labor related claims, contract claims and claims in many other areas of commercial litigation. She has handled many internal investigations involving health care, SEC violations, telecommunications, environmental and many other areas. In those investigations, she has represented publicly traded company boards of directors and their audit committees and special litigation committees.
