Abigail Kay Kohlman represents companies and individuals in government and corporate investigations, in related federal and state regulatory matters and in complex civil litigation. She has experience before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Abigail was an Akin Gump Pro Bono Scholar in 2011. She initiated Akin Gump's Pro Bono Parole Representation Project, which was awarded an Outstanding Achievement Award by the Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affair
