Partner in the White-collar and Compliance areas, with more than 20 years of experience and high specialization: PhD in Criminal Business Law and Master in Criminal Law by Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and has a specialization in Corporate Crime by Getulio Vargas Foundation University. Also participated in Money Laundering course, invited by the United States Government, and in a project with Professor Jérôme Fromageau, from the University Paris-Sud, on legal sanctions of the Administrative Sanctions Law in the Environmental Sphere. Presented seminars on managers’ civil liability before the boards of directors of national and multinational groups and gave lectures on civil and criminal liability related to environmental matters, anti-corruption law, money laundering, insider trading and compliance.
