Brooke Schultz represents companies in civil and criminal enforcement actions around the world and in complex business litigation nationwide. Her practice focuses on defending matters involving possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the False Claims Act (FCA), and other anticorruption, securities, and consumer protection laws. San Diego Super Lawyers has recognized Brooke as a "Rising Star" for the past five years.

Brooke has defended multinational companies, boards of directors, audit committees, and individuals against civil and criminal litigation and investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), various U.S. Attorneys' offices, and other federal and state agencies. She has represented major public and private companies in investigations involving highly sensitive topics across a variety of jurisdictions and industries. Brooke also advises companies on risk management, disclosures, monitorships, and on developing their ethics and compliance programs.

As a securities and commercial litigator, Brooke helps companies litigate securities fraud actions and consumer protection actions. Her trial experience includes prosecuting cases as a volunteer prosecutor with a local district attorney's office.
