Emily Seo is an associate of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's Hong Kong office. She advises on internal and regulatory investigations and anti-corruption compliance programs across the Asia Pacific region, with a particular focus on Korea.
In addition, Emily handles antitrust matters in Asia and the European Union, including merger control, antitrust investigations and competition litigation.
Emily trained and practiced at a Magic Circle firm in London, where she advised multinational corporations, financial institutions and private equity houses on contentious and transnational antitrust matters, as well as on State aid and public procurement issues.
Emily holds a first class degree in Law from the University of Oxford (St. John's College) and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law with Distinction.
She is admitted to practice in England and Wales and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (England and Wales) in Hong Kong.
Emily is fluent in Korean.
