Claudia mainly deals with non-contentious advice and contentious assistance to Italian and foreign clients in all the main areas of economic criminal law, particularly focusing on corporate, insolvency and tax criminal law, as well as offences against the Public Administration and the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. She also assist companies with internal investigations.
During her work experience, she had been member of the legal team assisting clients in important judicial proceedings related to environmental disasters and poisoning (the “ILVA” Case), and developed qualified experience in crimes against property, persons, and in crimes concerning liability in the practice of health care professions.
She has been been involved in the drafting and verification of Organization and Management Models pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01 and participate as a member in Supervisory Bodies.
Claudia graduated with honours from the Università Cattolica of Milan with a dissertation on criminal law. She obtained a diploma from the postgraduate School for the Legal Professions at Università Cattolica of Milan and carried out an internship at the Court of Milan.
She cooperates with the legal magazine Salvis Juribus.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
