I have over thirty years of experience practicing law, including over a decade serving as an assistant attorney general specializing in the prosecution of white collar criminal actions, such as Medicaid fraud and abuse. My experience also includes managing the Fraud Prevention and Investigation ("FIP") Unit at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Inc. ("BCBSMA") where I oversaw and trained an investigative team of analysts and clinicians in the detection of fraudulent billing practices.
I am currently a shareholder in Rich May's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, where I specialize in health care fraud and abuse involving government and commercial payer audits, white-collar civil and criminal investigations, health care professional licensing disciplinary actions, and regulatory compliance.
Outside the Office
I served as the first dean of students at my alma mater Suffolk University Law School. I unwind by cooking, practicing yoga and traveling.
