I've been a criminal defense attorney for approximately 25 years. I started as a public defender, clerked for a state appellate judge, worked at a big firm, was a partner at a litigation boutique and now am a solo.
I have represented many companies and individuals in federal and state criminal prosecutions and investigations. I have also done quite a bit of a SEC enforcement defense. I am appointed by the First Circuit to handle CJA criminal appeals and do a lot of criminal and civil appellate work.
I have two kids, a dog...oh and a husband who is a private detective. I love the beach, traveling, mystery books and my new obsession is Nordic crime thrillers on Netflix.
