I focus my practice on all aspects of E-Discovery in litigation and investigations involving complex, high-volume document production obligations. I guide our teams and clients' legal and IT departments through every phase of the E-Discovery process, from document preservation and collection to review and production.
An accomplished trial lawyer, I achieved favorable results in numerous complex commercial litigation, patent infringement and criminal matters before deciding to focus primarily on E-Discovery. I continue to represent indigent defendants in federal court through my service on the Criminal Justice Act Panel and the Northern District of Texas Criminal Justice Act Advisory Panel.
