Kathleen concentrates in white collar investigations and financial services litigation matters.
Kathleen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert S. Ballou, magistrate judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. She was a legal intern for the Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Maryland and helped prosecute cases at the state level in Virginia as a law student. Before law school, Kathleen worked in the Fraud Detection Office of the Department of Justice's Office of Inspector General while earning her master's degree in forensic psychology.
