Giovanna works with Compliance and Anti-Corruption matters since 2019. Her practice is focused on internal investigations related to violations of foreign and domestic anti-corruption legislation, conducting of anti-corruption and compliance due diligences, as well as analysis and assistance with the development of internal policies and implementation of compliance programs. Giovanna has experience in Corporate Criminal Law matters and graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2021.
