Amelia is an associate at Shapiro Arato Bach LLP where her practice focuses on litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Amelia clerked for the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and was a fellowship attorney engaged in capital and juvenile life without parole litigation. Amelia’s academic work focused on psychology and criminal law. Her research has appeared in the American Journal of Criminal Law, Texas Law Review, and UCLA Law Review.
