Alyssa Moscrop works at Jones Day in San Diego and represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in federal criminal investigations. Her experience spans a range of practice areas, including claims for breach of fiduciary duties, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), the Unfair Competition Law of California (UCL), conspiracy, and trade secret misappropriation. She has experience in various stages of litigation, including factual investigation, drafting complaints, and motion practice.
Alyssa maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented refugees through Jones Day's Laredo Project.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Alyssa acquired substantial legal research and writing experience during a federal externship with Judge Alexander MacKinnon in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
