Sara Mieczkowski is an accomplished trial attorney with deep experience in criminal defense and government investigations in both state and federal courts. Over her career, she has tried dozens of cases to verdict as lead counsel—including in federal court—and have secured not guilty verdicts from juries as well as judgments of acquittal from judges at both the state and federal level.
Sara began her legal career in Florida state courts handling a wide array of state offenses including gun and drug crimes, special victim crimes, and murder. She then transitioned to federal court, where she represented clients in a range of matters including complex fraud, racketeering, cyber offenses, drug trafficking, and other high-stakes litigation. Drawing on more than a decade of courtroom experience, she also advises clients in select civil matters with the same strategic focus and commitment to excellence that defines her criminal practice.
