I am a Legal Director at Shakespeare Martineau in the Financial Crime department. 


I represent individuals / companies facing allegations of corporate and financial crime. These include investigations and prosecutions brought by the SFO, FCA, CPS, HMRC and the Insolvency Service. I am also able to advise clients in respect of their obligations from a regulatory and criminal compliance position.

I have extensive experience in dealing with all areas of POCA including forfeiture, complex restraint orders and confiscation.
