I am an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. I joined the firm in 2018 after serving as a judicial law clerk to Judge Sue E. Myerscough of the Central District of Illinois. Prior to that, I was an associate in Latham’s Washington, D.C. office.
I represent market-leading insurance providers, healthcare systems, and medical device companies. I have advised on several investigations and litigation matters for various hospital systems, insurers, and other clients in issues involving potential Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) violations, Stark Law concerns, and False Claims Act (FCA) matters.
