Bio

Nicole is a Senior Manager in the Global Investigations practice, working in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. She provides litigation support and forensic accounting consulting services to public and private sector clients across the United States. These services include financial statement analysis, the application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), regulatory compliance, valuation, and economic damages support services, evaluation of complex accounting and finance issues, and the identification of significant accounting findings and trends. Her recent work includes developing calculations of economic damages resulting from an alleged breach of contracts between nuclear utilities and the United States Department of Energy.

Nicole has conducted research related to GAAP, generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards, industry-specific authoritative literature, and new emerging accounting standards such as ESG and expert witness report writing. Nicole assists counsel with document review and discovery, preparation of depositions and expert reports, analysis of opposing experts’ reports, and trial preparation.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
