As a former AUSA, I focus primarily on white collar criminal defense and specialize in creative, sophisticated trial strategy. I also assist companies with internal investigations, responding to government legal process, import/export compliance, FCPA guidance, cybersecurity, and national security matters. Having also tried numerous military courts-martial and handled multiple administrative hearing boards as a Navy Judge Advocate, I also represent high-ranking military members suspected of violations of ethical regulations and/or the Uniform Code of Military Justice. I carried a Top Secret//SCI clearance for approximately 15 years and am well versed in litigation pursuant to the Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA).
