Erika, Counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell, represents clients in government investigations and enforcement actions and conducts internal investigations. Her practice has a particular focus on matters involving critical workplace misconduct issues, including highly sensitive investigations, compliance and cultural assessments, and crisis management. She has represented companies in connection with investigations by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission and Congress.
Erika also advises clients in connection with complex matters involving allegations of securities fraud, money laundering, antitrust violations and improper accounting, as well as on privacy issues, across a broad range of industries.
Erika sits on the Advisory Board for the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession.
