My focus is civil and criminal tax controversy and litigation. I previously clerked at the U.S. Tax Court and was an attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. As a private practice attorney, I like to focus on strategy based on my experience being on all sides of tax litigation.
So many White-Collar cases have a tax component either in the investigation phase or the litigation phase. I enjoy working as a team with other attorneys and forensic accountants on cases. I love helping clients to protect their interests, fight back against the government, and find creative solutions for their controversy.
Personally, I enjoy hiking, cooking, traveling, and reading murder-mystery novels.
